At Effective Leadership Academy (ELA), one of our many assets is the ability to deliver impactful virtual programming. For the past five consecutive years, we have facilitated highly successful virtual leadership programs in 22 high schools, 249 classrooms throughout Alabama—reaching 4,883 learners in five years.
