Customized programs are best-suited for in-person delivery but we can design virtual programming. Program length is determined by your schedule and budget needs.

How do I choose a customized program?
Reach out through our request portal on our website or contact our Director of Operations at heather@effectivela.org to request a meeting. We take the time to discuss your group’s needs and what you’re looking to accomplish through your student or teambuilding professional development. From there, we work with you around timeframe then, create a budget based on the plan.
What topics are included in customized programming?
We work with you regarding the topic(s) related to specific leadership, self-development, and teambuilding needs.
What are group size limitations?
Online programming is limited to 495 participants at a time. In person, we can work with groups ranging from 5 – 150+.
How long do customized programs run?
This depends on your needs and schedule. We’ve run single sessions that run 90-minutes, full day sessions, multiple day sessions, and even weekly sessions across the span of 30 weeks.
What is the cost?
The cost for customized programs varies depending on group size, amount of curriculum development, and length of program.
