Individual PD workshops run 60-minutes up to a full day. Multi-session program options are also available. ELA focuses on FLEXIBILITY– we will work with your organization to determine the best time format to fit your schedule, objectives and team needs.
ELA FACILITATORS
Our ELA facilitators have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and a background in education.
Location
We offer in-person sessions for locations within a 2-hour radius of Warrensville Heights, Ohio, and virtual sessions for teams located beyond this area.

All programs include a post-survey to capture participant feedback and is shared after program completion
COST
The cost of our programs is based on the length of the session, curriculum development needs, and the number of participants. A standard 90-minute professional development session typically costs $1,500. We offer discounts for full-day and multi-session programs. Additionally, ELA actively seeks grant funding to help reduce costs for districts and nonprofits in under-resourced areas. These funds are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis as they become available.

Building Highly Functioning Teaching Teams (5 hours)
This 5-part series will take your teams on a journey of discovery. Team members will uncover the pathway to a highly effective team while engaging in each step of the process through fun and challenging activities. Teams will walk away with an action plan for immediate growth.

What size group can you provide programming for?
We can work with any size group ranging from 5 – over 150 people
Do you have set PD sessions?
Yes, we have a several key topics that we’ve developed PD sessions around and we can also customize programming to meet the needs of your group.
What is the cost?
This is dependent on number of sessions, number of attendees, and whether the PD is customized. Typical PD sessions for mid-sized groups run $1,000 for 60 to 90-minutes.
How are PD sessions run?
Learning happens through engaging activities, games, challenges, and discussions. Topics and underpinned by theory and connected to work through debrief discussions.
