This program is for district admin, board members, certified staff, classified staff, middle school and high school students. ELA can provide participants with certificates for CEU credits, upon request.

For students, it can run as either 6 or 7 class sessions, depending on goals of the school.

For District administrators and/or teachers, the program is typically delivered in 6 – 7 hours, depending on the goals of the administrative team, and is scheduled to fit the needs of the team. We do not recommend scheduling the sessions to be shorter than 90-minutes.

The program cost will vary, dependent on the number of participants and sessions. For a classroom of up to 25 students, running 7 sessions, the average cost will be $4,000.

For a district team with about 40 participants, running a full 7 hours, the investment will be $7,000.

Participants receive a handout with key information and space to write for activities and reflection. Districts will receive a detailed impact report at the conclusion of the program that is created based on the qualitative and quantitative data collected from the pre- and post-survey.

District administrators and/or teachers participating in the program will receive access to a resource guide online which includes all program data from the analysis work that is done in the programs, access to videos, and the curriculum guide handout that is used during the program.
