A unique Leadership growth track
The Effective Leadership Academy offers one of the most unique summer camp experiences for students in 5th-8th grade in the greater Cleveland area. ELA's Camp Lead program offers a four-year rotating theme that adds real depth and structure to your traditional summer camp experience.
Because themes rotate every four years, returning campers get a fresh, exciting experience each summer, while still belonging to the same supportive community.
