Kaye Wolfinger

As Manager of Workforce Readiness at Effective Leadership Academy, Kaye leads initiatives that prepare students with the leadership, communication, and career readiness skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. She develops workforce readiness programming, builds partnerships with schools, businesses, chambers of commerce, and community organizations, and creates meaningful learning experiences that connect students with real-world opportunities. Since joining ELA in 2022, Kaye has helped expand Career Leadership Academy programming, develop curriculum, and strengthen community partnerships that support students in discovering their strengths and preparing for their futures. Kaye earned her Master of Arts in Teaching from Marygrove College and her Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from Kent State University. With a background in education, youth development, coaching, and leadership training, she is passionate about helping young people recognize their potential, build confidence, and develop the essential skills needed for lifelong success.
