In addition, ELA partners with businesses and organizations to provide high-impact professional development designed to strengthen leadership capacity, elevate workplace culture, and enhance collaboration and performance.

Serving schools and businesses across Northeast Ohio, and in partnership with the State of Alabama to provide statewide virtual programming for 9th grade students, ELA is committed to developing authentic leaders at every stage of the journey.
