Turning Potential into Performance
21st Century Skills
Students encounter unique challenges in this time of rapid change. A growing number of studies link social competency to one’s likelihood of success. The timeless skills that ELA teaches, such as time management, goal-setting, and outside-the-box thinking lay the groundwork for resilience, future employment, productivity and achievement.
Early Social & Emotional Development is Key
A Duke University study found early soft-skill development dramatically increases students’ chances of graduating high school, obtaining a college degree and securing a full-time job by the age of 24. Our programs engage students at a pivotal point in their development and provide them with the tools they need to hone these skills. (Isakson & Jarvis, 1999)
Our goal is to reach as many students as possible. We conveniently bring our programs and activities to schools, youth serving organizations, educators and corporate professionals around the country. Thanks to our sponsors and philanthropic partners, we can significantly reduce enrollment costs for qualified students/schools.
